Ultra Coat Wall Putty Areas of application ● INDICUS ULTRACOAT is: ● ideal for finishing and decorating all kinds of exterior and interior walls ● can be applied on new and old walls (after removing the existing base coat) Features ● White & smooth finish ● Excellent workability ● Superior bonding ● 10% higher coverage ● Water-resistant Good breathability Application procedure Surface preparation: ● New cementitious surfaces must be properly cured, clean and sound in condition. ● Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from seepage, leakage, old paint, dirt, dust and any loose particles. ● Incase of dampness/waterproofing problems, repair the surface using GODRY Waterproofing Solutions.
Ultra Coat Wall Putty Application ● Moisten the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water. ● Mix INDICUS ULTRACOAT with 35 to 40% clean water by weight and continue mixing until a homogeneous lumpfree paste of desired consistency is obtained. ● Mix only the quantity which can be applied within the workable time. ● Apply the first coat uniformly on the moistened surface with the help of putty blade or trowel. ● When first coat is dry, apply the second coat with fresh material and allow it to dry. ● Use fine emery paper to remove application marks, if any.
