  4. Instructions Our veg kofta's are made with a mixture of paneer and mixed vegetables. Here,We share recipe instrcuction in three steps: Spinach gravy preparation Kofta preparation Serving Preparation

  5. Spinach Gravy Preparation In a pan, add water and 1 tsp salt. Add 3 bunches of spinach. Boil for a minute Drain and transfer the spinach into ice water for few minutes Take some portion and squeeze out the excess water from the spinach. Transfer it to grinding jar Grind it to a smooth paste In a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee, and a paste of 2 green chilies, ½ inch ginger, and fresh coriander. Saute for a minute Add all spices – ¼ tsp asafoetida, ¼ tsp Turmeric powder, ½ tbsp red chili powder, ½ tbsp coriander powder. Saute for a minute Add tomato puree, and salt as per taste Cover with the lid and simmer for 10 minutes Add 1 cup spinach puree and 1 tsp garam masala and mix it well Add 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves, and a little salt (only for spinach). Mix it well Cover with the lid and simmer for 5 minutes
