  1. Jackalyn Rainosek How To Lead Others Professionally

  2. Jackalyn Rainosek is a leader who believes in helping individuals, professionals, and entire organizations become better versions of themselves. She understands that certain habitual patterns can block a person’s ability to lead others as well as themselves, and she works hard in order to help people recognize these patterns. You have to be able to lead yourself to lead others, and here are some tips for leading people in a professional setting.

  3. Trust your employees. Trust is essential for a manager or leader to demonstrate because it gives their employees peace of mind. If a leader doesn’t trust his or her employees, they tend to micromanage, or constantly hover around the office checking up on daily tasks. It’s good to keep tabs on the everyday work of your employees, but too much supervision can lead to a loss in productivity in the office.

  4. Be specific with your employees. A good manager or leader will be able to accurately and fully explain what he or she wants from their employees. Being specific will keep questions from having to be asked, and your employees will be able to do their work without hesitation. Questions aren’t a bad thing, but when questions are being asked that could have been avoided, it serves to only be a waste of time that could be spent on work.

  5. As a successful leader, you need to be compassionate. For example, when an employee comes to you with a mistake or issue, don’t get overly upset. You need to address the issue with the employee in order to ensure it isn’t repeated in the future.

  6. Jackalyn Rainosek is a leader herself, and she knows what it takes to guide people through the professional world. Her experiences now serve her as an educator for others.
