  2. Jackalyn Rainosek has been in business for 42 years as an entrepreneur and has launched new ideas systematically throughout her professional career. Leadership and management are two different things. Though both are needed in every business, there is a vast difference between the two. Leadership is all about doing the right things, while management is about doing it right. JackalynRainosek

  3. The Leadership Challenge® is a worldwide campaign designed to free the leader in everybody. By enabling teams, businesses, and even ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things, the world can become a better place. The Leadership Challenge® was developed by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner in 1982 when they began analyzing how leaders performed at their personal best. JackalynRainosek

  4. Through their extensive research, they identified five basic practices of leadership, which they named the “Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership.” Following this, they produced a book called The Leadership Challenge® which was first published in 1987. JackalynRainosek
