The National September 11 Memorial Museum

The National September 11 Memorial Museum opened this week to victims' families and those affected most directly by 9/11. The dedication ceremony was Thursday and it will be opened to the public on May 21. The museum houses meaningful artifacts from the terrorist attack in a seven story space that is mostly underground, amid the remnants of the foundations of the fallen twin towers.
