  1. 3 Things That Need to Happen Before a DUI Bond Can Be Posted • If you are arrested for DUI , there are three things that happens before a bail is posted by a bail bondsman on your behalf • Defendant will be required to sober up • Defendant will be booked and processed • DUI Bail will be set
