Steps for Contractors who participate in Department Program Contractor Affirmation Complete “Contractor Affirmation for the Department Program within 20 days after hiring an employee who is newly hired for employment to perform work under the public contracts for services. The signor for Contractor shall have signature authority for the Contractor.
