Hazardous WasteTraining Instructions • EH&S Hazardous Waste training is a pre-requisite for gaining access to CAPS’ laboratories • You must take this training either online or attend a classroom presentation no less than once every 12 months • Each FSU employees is required to attend a classroom presentation of this training all at least once during their stay with the university • Contact the CAPS Safety Coordinator at safety@caps.fsu.edu for clarification if needed Continue

  2. Hazardous WasteTraining Instructions • Email confirmation of completion of the online Hazardous Waste Awareness Training to: safety@caps.fsu.edu Continue

  3. Hazardous WasteTraining Instructions • After completing the test, you will be directed to this webpage • Click the appropriate button for instructions on how to proceed from this page I have an FSUID I do not have an FSUID

  4. With FSUID • If not already populated, enter your FSUID Username, and the password • If you are having trouble, contact CAPS’ Human Resources Click on this link Continue

  5. With FSUID • Do not change the information in the FSUID box • Fill out the rest of the information • You will be sent confirmation of completion at the email provided in the “Preferred Email” box • Click the “Complete Training” button Continue

  6. With FSUID Shortly after clicking the “Complete Training” button you will receive email confirmation from EH&S. Forward that email to safety@caps.fsu.edu Click here to proceed to Hazardous Waste Awareness Training

  8. Without FSUID • Fill out the information • Email a screen capture of the page to safety@caps.fsu.edu • Click the “Complete Training” button Click here to proceed to Hazardous Waste Awareness Training
