Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada is the most prominent University located in Kakinada, east Godavari district, to the North of Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It was accredited by the NAAC, of UGC with an A Grade. It has been providing various UG and PG programs through its constituent colleges. It will admit the students based on the EAMCET Entrance test.

JNTUK Relaxation of payment of double the tuition fee for the Scholars admitted from 2012 Batch JNTUK Relaxation of payment of double the tuition fee for the Scholars admitted from 2012 Batch : On selection for admission, hopefuls will be required to pay the respective fee of Rs. 30,000/ every year, at the latest 31st July, in each academic year, consequent to admission, till the successful completion of the program and submission of thesis or cancellation of the admission all things considered. In the event that the fee is not paid by the stipulated date, late charge of Rs. 2,000/ is levied (within six months from the due date), Rs. 4,000/- is required (within one year from the due date). Anyway scholars need to pay double the tuition fee during the extended period, past 6 years, if candidate is allowed for extension of time. ORDER : Vide references (i) & (ii) refered to above, the Hon’ble Vice – Chancellor is pleased to approve the accompanying revised tuition fee structure for the scholars admitted from 2012 batch onwards according to the following details: Rs. 30,000/- per annum, for part time scholars within the stipulated time of 6 years. Rs. 5,000/- per year all internal regular faculty members, enrolled as external scholars, within the stipulated time of 6 years. An Amount of Rs.5,000/- every year (past 6 years) might be paid additional amount besides normal tuition charge for part time scholars and also for internal regular faculty members. Late charge of Rs. 2,000/- (within six months from due date) , Rs. 4,000/- (within one year from the due date). The above-mentioned orders come into force with immediate effect.
