  1. An Ultimate Guide to Organic and Natural Skin Care Products Since ancient times ayurvedic medicines have been a go-to for the majority of people. Most of the senior citizens still prefer fullers mud over some expensive spa treatment for the simple reason that organic skincare products are better than chemical infused products. People are again trying to bring in more natural in their routines now as organic skincare products are considered to be better for skin and they also promote minimalism. However, it is still up for a debate that if natural products are actually always better or not. Some of us have sensitive skin and people who have sensitive skin or any skin related issues like acne must really do proper research before buying any products. Doctors prefer them to buy natural skincare products. For instance, people especially Indians consider lime and curd as a go-to skincare face pack but if someone with acne or sensitive skin tries the same they might end up having dry skin or even breakouts. This is why each skin should be treated differently.

  2. Furthermore, natural skincare products are not necessarily always as effective as presumed to be, they can act just like any other chemical based products. For instance, women used to wash their hair with products like Reetha and Amla in the olden times which evolved and turned into shampoo and conditioners. The basic property of these products is to clean and this is why it does not matter if your hair cleanser is natural or not. The same goes for a facial cleanser, its main property is to clean the dirt and oil off of the face, and that’s why it does not matter if these products are natural or not. Due to an uprising interest in natural products, many companies are now involved in selling ‘organic’ products. Organic products are derived from natural resources and contain no or having few chemicals in them. There are sunscreens derived from honey and almond oil that also gives the skin nourishment, there are coconut oil-based hand and body creams and the best one is organic-based makeup removers.

  3. Organic skin care products, however, do not mean cheap products as a matter of fact organic products are more expensive than normal products. Organic farms apparently put in a lot of effort to make their products the best out of the lot and a lot of efforts go into organic farming as well and this is why most of the organic products are more expensive. It is important to note that organic does not always mean better for your skin and this is why it is important to consult a dermatologist or a beautician before switching your products especially on the basis of knowing the skin type you possess. Given that organic does contain fewer amounts of chemicals it is definitely on a more positive side to switch to organic as fewer chemicals mean a happier and non-toxic environment for your skin. Hence you can buy natural skin care products that can be really great for your skin if you do detailed research on your skin type and obviously do a patch test before completely switching to any product.
