  2. Medallion Complimentary Upgrades Its Medallion members get to stand a chance of being offered free upgrade when they have chosen the eligible fare codes. These upgrades’ availability depends on the Medallion status level of the specific member and the fare purchased. For instance, Diamond Medallion members are of higher ranking than that of the Platinum and Gold Medallion members.
