  2. India is a developing nation with a flourishing financial system, and in the previous six to seven years, the airline industry has seen a full transformation. In the past, only a small number of people could afford to fly with airplanes; only the wealthy could afford to travel by air with a select few airlines, such as Air India, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, and Sahara.

Air Deccan Airlines was the first airline to ever come up with their strategic idea of delivering low cost flight tickets because earlier due to expensive domestic flight tickets most people couldn't afford to buy and that's how many of the seats in the flight were left vacant, and the management had to start off. But as time went on, more and more airlines entered the league. And more airline companies entered the market throughout the ensuing years.

With the emergence of airlines like Spice Jet, Go Air, Jet Lite, Kingfisher Red, Jet Konnect, Kingfisher, and Indigo Airlines, the majority of Indians who previously couldn't afford to fly have suddenly begun using them. In Indian Railway, they specifically targeted passengers who all ride in air-conditioned coaches, and they were successful. People could now board and purchase tickets for flights to their selected destinations.

  5. India has now up its game for the 2010 Common Wealth Games, which will take place in Delhi. The focus right now is on the transit for visitors and travellers who will be visiting the country from across the world. With the new, state-of-the-art T3 terminal at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, travelling throughout the city has never been easier thanks to AC buses, the Metro, and domestic flights that connect to every city in India.
