  1. 美國 美國 1 月房價指數增長 月房價指數增長 6.9% CoreLogic（知名房地產資訊分析公司）發佈其 房價指數（HPI）和 HPI 預測，美國 1 月房屋 價格指數上漲 1.3%，較去年同期增長 6.9%。 CoreLogic 分析，美國 1 月份房價比去年 12 月 份的成長更多，主要在於待售房屋不多，因此 助長了房價向上提升。 CoreLogic 的 HPI 預測，美國房價到 2017 年 1 月時，將比 2016 年 1 月成長 5.5％，而且每個月 將平均成長 0.5%。 從地區來看，1 月房價較去年同期相比，全美幾乎都在飆漲，僅有密西西比州與路易斯安那州 的房價較去年下降。 CoreLogic 表示，似乎油價對美國的房價沒有太多影響，以密西根州為例，密西根州的房價單 月成長達 0.9%，與去年 1 月相比已經成長了 5.6%，並且預測未來一年還會再成長 4.3%。 電 話：0800-678-668 信 箱：service@stellez-group.com 官 網：www.stellez-group.com 地 址：104 台北市中山區民權東路三段 58 號 14 樓
