  1. For Your Next Event, A Peranakan Feast Peranakan, also known as Nonya cuisine, has become a very popular cuisine in Singapore. Peranakan food brings back childhood memories and favorite meals. There is a nostalgic element to Peranakan cuisine. A Peranakan buffet by Nonya Buffet is a great option if you’re hosting an event and want to create a relaxed atmosphere. You will feel more relaxed and enjoy your gathering with the nostalgic comfort food. Three Peranakan Menus There are three options for Peranakan buffets at Nonya Buffet. Our most affordable option is the first, which costs $31 per person to $51 per person . This menu can be shared with a minimum of 30 people. A Classic Peranakan Appetizer Your guests can start the meal with a delicious homemade seafood Ngoh Hiong platter. Thai chilli dip can be served as an accompaniment. The Main Course Selections Next, enjoy Nonya dry Mee Siam, a special dish served with condiments. Nonya Chicken Curry with Potatoes is a popular main course choice at Nonya Buffet. You can also choose Ayam Masak Buah Keluak. The seafood course can be chosen from either Assam Fish Fillets, Sweet and Sour Fish or Assam Fish Fillets. You can either choose the Sambal Belachan Fried Rice or Salted Fish Fried Rice. You have three options for the next course: Sambal Sotong with banana leaves, Nonya Fish Otah with banana leaves or Nonya Chap Chye stuffed with various mushrooms. A Sweet Delicacy Your guests will enjoy a delicious dessert as the last course. Bubur Pulut hitam is a black sticky rice pudding served with coconut milk, sugar and honey. A Refreshing Beverage

  2. All buffets offer complimentary ice water. Your guests can also opt for Aloha fruit punch or iced lemon tea. Placement and Customization of Your Order You can order Peranakan food from the Nonya Buffet website if you are planning a special occasion. We are committed to quality, taste and presentation and ensure that every event is attended to with the utmost care. We are also a Halal caterer, meaning that your Muslim guests won’t have to worry about where their food came from, how it was prepared, or what the contents were. We can also offer vegetarian or vegan options, if requested in advance. Peranakan buffets can be served for 30 people minimum. However, you can always add additional guests to your order.
