  1. To navigate through this course click on the screen to go to the next step. The course will end automatically when you have completed the course. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek Click here to start

  2. Ensure that the organization name is correct in the “Domain” field. The organization name is GCI. Begin by signing into Deltek. Type your username and password in the “Username” and “Password” field and click the “Log in” button. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek

  3. Click the “Timesheet” option in the upper left-hand menu to open a new timesheet. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek

  4. Click on the __ (Binocular) button in an empty row of the timesheet table to search for the appropriate project charge code. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek

  5. Click on the “Project” tab in the “Charge Lookup” window. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek

  6. Click on the __ (Plus) button to expand the project code selections. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek

  7. Search for the appropriate project code. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek If you are entering holiday time search for “Leaves.HOL.” If you are entering vacation time search for “Leaves.VAC.”

  8. Select the appropriate project code. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek If you are entering holiday time select “Leaves.HOL.” If you are entering vacation time select “Leaves.VAC.

  9. Click the “Add Timesheet” button at the bottom of the “Charge Lookup” window. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek

  10. You cannot enter work time for future work days. For example, if today’s date is 9/23 you cannot enter time for 9/24. This rule does not apply to entering holiday or vacation time. Type the number of work, holiday, or vacation hours in the project row you have added to the timesheet table. Be sure to type your work hours in the appropriate date column.   11. Click “Save” at the top of the screen. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek

  12. Click “OK” in the “Deltek Time & Expenses” window. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek

  13. Click the __ (House) button to return to the “MyDesktop” screen. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek

  14. Click the __ (Open Door) button to exit Deltek. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek

  15. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek Congratulations! You have completed entering your daily time, holiday time, and vacation time into Deltek.
