Klouda has effectively entered a profession which is a natural outgrowth of his personal skills as a finish carpenter and commercial contractor, as well as building upon his experience as a project and property manager. Keith Klouda’s background, his life prior to his current shared ownership of Pristine Construction & Contracting Inc., has been varied, beginning with his work from 1991 through 1996 with the elderly and infirm at the Bellhaven Nursing Center in Brookhaven, New York. During this time, Klouda’s ambitions for his future life became solidified in his desire to work in law enforcement, and he entered the New York City Police Department of New York in the United States in 1996. Keith Klouda developed his skills in carpentry and commercial construction during this time by entering into his first professional construction enterprise with George Klouda, his father, e.g. KGK Construction Corporation. By 2011, Klouda also had determined to expand his area of construction influence by entering into a 4-way partnership running Open Superior Metal & Woodwork Inc.
