  4. Eating Habbit • Do not avoid eating food to make yourself look fit. • Take light meal and bring snacks and water bottle with yourself at shooting place. • Eating food before head may result in lack of energy in you and can affect your photo especially females.

Pocket Items To Carry • You must keep some important items with you at headshot time, including make-up kit, comb, eye drops, blush, foundation, concealer, etc. • Bring two to three ironed dresses with you while shoot. • Check your driving direction to headshot location before a night to avoid being late and remove any stress at headshot time..
