  1. Basic Vastu Tips to Know Before Purchasing a House Vastu is an ancient science that gives a rough idea of how to design a house. There is a scientific reason behind every Vastu guidelines and if applied wisely they can do wonders. You don’t need to be a Vastu expert, a quick look over the entrance and you will get to know about the Vastu of the house. How? Don’t worry, here you will get some basic Vastu tips that you should consider before purchasing a house. Entrance If you are planning to buy a standalone property but an apartment like 1 BHK affordable flats in Ghaziabad, the entrance to the block should be considered as the entrance. Ensure that the gate of entrance is placed towards the North or North-east. South and West entrances are not suggested. The explanation behind this is that sun rays entering from this direction in the afternoon can affect your health. Proper Ventilation with Ample Sunlight Vastu plays an important role in having perfect ventilation in a house. The house should be airy and get enough sunlight. A North or East facing flat with windows and balconies should be your ideal choice. As per Vastu, a house should not have a common wall with another house as it develops a combination of energies, therefore open space needs to be left on all four corners of the place. Kitchen The kitchen should be located in the south-east direction of affordable flats in Ghaziabad. It is called Aagneya- seemingly the direction governed by the fire element. The external staircase should be placed in the South-west corner. The internal staircase should not be located in the center because it would not only affect the beauty of your 3 BHK flats in Ghaziabad but will also make it look clumsy.
