Tips for a Successful Real Estate Blog Why in the age of digital several ​top realtors​ ignore blogging because they do not have the time or they think that they haven’t the ability to get the job done. As blogging need a constant work and updates but being a ​real estate agent in USA​ you already got involved in plenty of serious and time-consuming tasks then it becomes much difficult or impossible to spend time on another task. A blog is also a standout platform to keep contact with your existing and new customers. Aiming of writing this article is to reciprocate my help to all the realtors who have helped me in finding my dream home. I believe in sharing, so that’s why sharing some useful blogging tips and tricks so that a reputed real estate or real estate agent with a recent license can also optimize and benefited by the blogging platform. Plant out Your Time, Topics, and Timelines Before dig out in the blogging without any preparation or planning, it’s obvious you will fail within few months or after few posts. First, search out what’s the topic or domain your blog would have. After researching your blog name ensure you need to post on a regular basis so that you get better output by search engines. If not possible daily, then make sure minimum one post per week. Timelines are also effective to get a higher rank and better

  2. results. One post within a month or after two-three weeks does not prove to be fruitful for your business. Make sure you follow it strictly if you have set up timelines for blog posting. It’s not about the only real estate, you can write on anything depends on your interest or even answering your customer query is also a blog post.
