  2. DOMESTIC VIOLENCE What’s important to note is that domestic violence is always often paired with other offenses, and not typically a charge that is issued by itself.

  3. RESTRAINING ORDERS It cannot be revoked or rescinded without notification to the victim and a court hearing, with a process to protect the rights more ultimately.

  4. CRIMINAL DEFENSE They are the process of finding resolutions to the problem of through plea negotiation or taking the case to trial that includes drug crimes.

  5. DRUG OFFENSES This is the process of which can be especially serious for a college student because a conviction may result in the termination of student loans.

  6. DUI CHARGES Certainly DUI offenses carry heavier penalties, and after three prior convictions will result in a felony charge that provides substance evaluation.
