Gen. 1:1, “In the beginning GOD created heaven and earth” John 1:1-2, “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God; he was in the beginning with God.” Heb. 1:1, “Long ago, at many times and in many ways, GOD spoke to our fathers by the prophets…” Psalm 19:1, “the heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament shows His handiwork.” Psalm 14:1, “The fool says in His heart, ‘there is no God.’” Romans 1:19-20, “For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them. For His invisible attributes, namely, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So, they are without excuse.”

  6. Atheists say… • Religion leads to violence (and Christianity is no different). • God is just an invention designed to console losers. • Religious faith is a leap in the dark without any reliable basis. • The natural sciences have disproved God.

Dawkins: “belief in God is the same as belief in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny.” Dawkins demonstrates a lack of concern for mature debate and and relies on a ludicrous misrepresentation of Christian faith.
