Behaviors Pre-Test True or False… • It’s ok to make personal phone calls at work as long as you use your cell phone. • You should not use work supplies for personal use. • Once you have the job, you can dress pretty much any way you’d like. • You should plan to use all sick days since you’re entitled to them. • Harassment on the job is not tolerated.

  4. 2. Bad Attitude • Inability to get along with co-workers • Making negative comments • Bad-mouthing the boss What can you do? • Work through problems • Be optimistic about changes • Discuss issues with co-workers/ manager
