A well maintained property can also help you get a better price in terms of rent. Here are a few tips to maintain your property in a better way- Check for any kind of water leak or damage, specially during hot/ humid days and after heavy rain or storms. Be sure to repair the cracks in grout as ignoring them can damage the surrounding floor. Always get your property fully inspected once a year to gain a better idea about it's condition.
