Any plan set starts with a floor plan. The additional architectural sheets can typically be produced after the floor plan has been generated. Other drawing sheets cannot be made precisely; they can only be approximations without a floor layout.

  4. THANK YOU $45 per hour. All online drafting services include plan changes after delivery, as it is the nature of the service. Engineers and plan examiners often request changes immediately after you receive the plans. All the project plans I draw come with a warranty for plan changes, redeemable within a 90-day time frame. Any additional plan changes will be subject to the hourly drafting fee of $45 per hour. The total price depends on the amount of time required for your project, but most of the projects I work on range from $900 to $3,500. As a Senior Architectural CAD Drafter, I bring a diverse range of skills and experience to the table. In addition to my expertise in CAD software, I also possess a background in traditional hand- drawn drafting techniques. This fusion of digital and traditional approaches allows me to approach projects with a unique perspective, incorporating the precision of CAD drafting and the artistic touch of hand-drawn elements.
