Who I am • Beatrice Gengou • Before this training and for years, I was a computer trainer for adults • I workedmainly in the non-profit sector • I am in second year in computer science in evening classes (EPHEC) • With this Salesforce training, I hope to give a new breathe to my career B. Internship : where - who • I did my Salesforce internship at Students for Good and my supervisor was Mr. Jean-Luc Schellens • My internship manager : Abraham Melkon employed in Brussels for the Music Youth Centers (Jeunesses musicales) of Brussels and support of Mr. Schellens during this internship B. Internship : content • I didn't use Salesforce as an admin, I did not have the opportunity during this internship • I attended webinars and meetings (stand-up and others) because my internship manager (Abraham Melkon) had been on paternity leave for almost a month. His return came at the end of the internship B. Gengou - 15/12/2022

  5. Internship : what content then? • Trailmix for NPSP • I met in visio (mainly) many people from the Music Youth Centers of Brussels and Mons • There were needs analyses and requests for problem resolutions in S-Docs and FormAssembly B. Gengou - 15/12/2022

  6. Internship • S-Docs is theLeader in Salesforce Document Generation & E-Signature • FormAssembly for Salesforce: These are customizable Web Form & Workflow Builder for Salesforce Data Collection • These two apps can be download on AppExchange  B. Gengou - 15/12/2022

Internship What I did in FormAssembly: Two custom forms • The first one : https://www.tfaforms.com/5030717 • with the preformatted national registration number ##.##.###-## for the adult form part. • Added a national registry number field for the child (+ preformatted). • With 3 fields for 3 registrations of children simultaneously.
