Aquino III on December 21, 2012 Held as NOT UNCONSTITUTIONAL on April 2014 except eight terms (unconstitutional)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10354 AN ACT PROVIDING FOR A NATIONAL POLICY ON RESPONSIBLE PARENTHOOD AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH • A national policy that mandates the Philippine government to comprehensively address the needs of Filipino citizens when it comes to responsible parenthood and reproductive health RH Law guarantees the following: Access to services on Reproductive Health and Family Planning Maternal health care services RH and sexuality education for the youth Regular funding
