Our Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (commonly known as SpaceX) is an American aerospace manufacturer and space transportation company founded in 2002 by entrepreneur Elon Musk. Its mission is to reduce the cost of space travel and enable the colonization of Mars. SpaceX is headquartered in Hawthorne, California, and has become a leader in developing innovative technologies for space exploration.
