PROPERTIES IN NOIDA OVERVIEW The Uttar Pradesh Revenue Board is soon to have its website updated with the data belonging to not only the Uttar Pradesh Stamps & Registration Department but also revenue courts, which will have a link to the site. The officials further added that now, before buying any plot or land in the district, stakeholders can enjoy online access to details pertaining to land records. Court cases and their details related to any property in the district that have been filed, will also be made available to them. Further, a drive has been launched by the district administration in an attempt to add the names of the property’s shareholders in the records.

The former Chairman of district Panchayat, Virendra Dhaba, stated that following the development of the Jewar airport, numerous people from other states have started to buy property agricultural near close to the site of the airport. They are being duped by land mafias. Thanks to the digitized data, this issue can be dealt with as it will help determine the authenticity of the seller. It will also enable buyer to take a look at the property’s map. After the completion of this process by December 2019, the site will also have data related to share- wise details. This is expected to further keep land frauds at bay. Diwakar Singh, additional district magistrate, said that the process of revising the khataunis, which had begun from June 15, 2019 will get over by the end of the year.

The concerned authorities also affirmed that the uploading of all online documents related to property registration has begun since February 5, 2017.
