  1. Why is India a good place to do business? India offers several advantages to foreign companies for doing business in India. They are: 1:Wholly Owned Subsidiary– Indian permits upto 100% Foreign Direct Investment through automatic and government route. 2: Joint Ventures with Indian businesses are allowed. 3: A foreign company can set up a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in India which offers the merits of a company along with the advantages of organizational flexibility that comes with a partnership. 4: Having a highly qualified human capital base, India offers a wide range of young and skilled work force. 5: According to the recent growth projections by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), India is the fastest-growing major economy in the world. Besides, being the world’s largest democracy, India offers a stable political and economic conditions with a high growth potential. 6: An efficient judicial system, with improved enforcement of laws in India, offers a safe and stable environment for business. 7: India has an extensive trade network which is backed by advantageous regional and bilateral Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) with various other countries. It offers great leverage to the investors.
