  1. How To Fix Printer Offline in Windows 10 and 8 ? If you are using Microsoft Windows 10 or 8, sometimes even with the power connectivity and right connection your printer may show “Printer Offline” status. We are sharing some troubleshooting techniques here, it works with Windows 10, 8.1 and 8 as well. There’s a huge list of reasons your printer is showing offline status but try our methods to resolve our issue : Step 1 : Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Advanced Sharing Setting(left Side Menu)> NetworkDiscovery(Turn On)> and then File and Printing Sharing. Step 2 : Control Panel > Devices and Printers > See what’s printing (Right Click Your Printer) > and then click on Printer. Disable Use Printer Offline if it is enabled. Step 3 : Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Printer properties (Right Click on Your Printer) > and then click on Ports. You will see your printer’s connection setting here and make sure your connection type is right. Because if the configuration is not right then the printer offline problem can occur.
