Services Offered • SCREW PILES • Zak's Commercial and Zak's Building are now using screw piles for both commercial and residential buildings. • This new technology drastically reduces the time required to set a foundation before construction begins or before we bring in one of our beautiful RTMs. • Screw piles are foundation structures that act like footings that can handle the weight of even large multi-storey commercial buildings.

  4. BENEFITS • Efficiency: Screw Piles are quicker and easier to install than traditional concrete footings or foundations. This means lower costs and less downtime waiting for foundations to be poured and inspected. • Flexibility: There's no limit to where Screw Piles can be used. They are installed below the frost line and can be installed in any condition, except for frost. • Sustainability: Screw Piles can be removed, moved and reused. Unlike traditional dug-in basements, Screw Piles are minimally damaging to the landscape and can be removed cleanly and reused if the building is demolished. • Utility: Sturdy and resistant to frost and water damage, Screw Piles provide excellent building foundations in the long term, even through building expansion or additions.
