  2. ACCESSING YOUR CERTIFICATION You will get an email from Red Cross inviting you to obtain your permanent and official certification card three to four business days following your training. You may retrieve your certification through My Red Cross and print or reprint it in wall or pocket card size. In case you have any trouble locating your certification, kindly get in touch with us.
