CHICKEN PALAC Pieces of chicken breast fried with spinach, ginger, garlic, cumin and fenugreek leaves. The ghee is added to the palak at the end.
KREVETY KORMA Paddy prawns cooked in a very fine creamy sauce made of cashew nuts, coconut milk and dried coconut.
CHICKEN CHETTINAD Chettinad is a region in South India. Several very different ingredients such as poppy seeds, fennel seeds and coriander seeds, aniseed sausage, coconut, tamarind, curry leaves and cinnamon are used for this rather specific sauce.
BLOODS BIRYANI Shrimps cooked with basmati and ghee rice. Biryani is a very aromatic dish with cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, nutmeg, nutmeg, saffron, mint, onion, ginger and garlic.
