  5. Priorities • Expanding access to GED testing • Adding more testing dates • Creating addendum sites

  6. Activities • Purchase essential testing materials • Testing-related transportation costs • Secure equipment • Staff salaries and benefits

  7. Application Criteria • Program plan narrative – two pages • Specific plan with measurable objectives • Expected testing outcomes • Brief discussion of the budget

  8. Completed Application • Application checklist • Contact information sheet • Program narrative • Budget workbook • Assurances • Appendix
