  1. What kind of fabrics are used in men’s underwear Fabrics are one of the most important elements that should not be ignored in clothes. Nowadays, different brands are coming up with many fabric options. Some of them offer a shiny appearance and all provide a soft touch to our skin. We wear underwear everyday, but hardly we talk or think about the fabrics. We should have the knowledge about different fabrics used in the men’s underwear industry these days. Let us discuss about the different kind of fabrics : 1. Cotton-

  2. Cotton has many advantages and it’s very popular with all kinds of people. It’s to be believed that cotton is more comfortable to wear as they absorb sweat. Cotton is very soft and luxurious. It is also treated in order to make it useful and lightweight. Cotton is also of different types: - Organic Cotton - Pima Cotton - Supima Cotton - Ring Spun Cotton 2. Nylon- Nylon was first developed as an alternative to Silk. It’s light in weight. Nylon is also durable, but it has low moisture absorbency. It also has shrink resistant qualities which leads to a perfect shape of the underwear. 3. Polyester- Polyester is an extremely durable synthetic fiber. This fabric has superb strength, resilience and generally it does not wrinkle. Has a quick drying ability, maintains shape and known for it’s ability to hold color well, it seems to be a perfect fabric for men’s underwear. 4. Modal- Modal is the best fabric which provides the smoothing effect on the body. It’s considered as an “artificial silk” also it is less expensive. It is cool to the touch, absorbent and similar in texture to silk. However, it is resistant to shrinkage and less likely to fade or pill.
