  2. What is TWSC and Reflexology? • Total Wellness Sensory Center (TWSC) • Reflexology is a unique modality in the health field, practiced as a form of stress management and wellness maintenance. Its purpose is to promote better health and well-being in the same way an exercise or diet program does.

  3. Selecting Attributes • The expert was notified of the model’s purpose and how it would be developed • The expert was asked to recall the best and worst attributes • All attributes were arranged in order of best to worst

  4. Attributes • Doctorate of Reflexology/Master of Reflexology • Current Certification in Reflexology • Current Certification in Massage Therapy • 5 years hands on experience • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Insurance Billing
