  2. Before you make Kodubale you should first keep all the ingredients ready such as coconut, flour, chapatti rava, red chilli powder, curry leaves, etc. Then you should follow the steps mentioned below to prepare Kodubale:  You need to take 1 cup i.e., about 250 ml of coconut, red chilli powder, and cumin into a mixer grinder and make a paste. Then keep the paste aside.  Then you need to take rice flour, sooji, maida, ajwain, a little salt, and the coconut paste and red chili paste that you had already made in a large mixing bowl. You need to make dough of it by adding the required amount of water. Make sure that the dough that you have made is firm and smooth.  After that, you need to divide and shape the dough into the shape of a lemon. You should use the palm of your hand to rub and roll the dough. You need to make ½ inch thick and thin long roll. Then you have to cut the roll into 1.5-inch strips so that you can easily join the end to form a circle. Do the same process for the rest of the dough.  Then you should prepare the oil for deep frying and keep on dropping the Kodubale circle one by one very carefully so that it does not break up. After then you should deep fry the Kodubale on medium heat unless it becomes crispy and browned.  While frying the Kodubale you should keep the heat on low to medium so the Kodubale gets cooked well from the inside. Once all the Kodubale circles are fried well should take it out and keep it in an air-tight container until it is cooled. This is how you can prepare Kodubale at your home and have it as a tea-time snack. And if you do not have the time you can buy Kodubale Online as well.
