WHY WOULD I WANT A MOLD INSPECTION? • To confirm that sources of moisture have been successfully stopped and no residual mold growth was left following a known water and mold problem was fixed. • To confirm that there’s not a present moisture or mold problem related to a new building or house that you want to rent or buy. • If a particular water problem caused mold growth in a certain area, that does not necessarily mean that you will need a mold inspection.
