Presently, Godrej Properties is on a high rise in real estate as it announced its project in a BSE filling.The 4 million sq. ft. saleable area in this venture has now made the aggregate saleable land under Godrej Properties’ to be a whopping 119 million sq. ft. which includes the development projects in the field of commercial and residential sectors across 12 major cities in India. The company’s profits in the last couple of years show how speedily it has come up. It had a rise of 43% this year in its income to Rs2633.96 crores as compared to Rs1843.09 in the year 2014-15. This amounted to a net profit worth of 21% profit to the company in the form of Rs231.10 crores as compared to Rs190.9 crores in its previous fiscal.
