MRP fitness was established in the year 1986 in the city of Bhubaneswar the capital of Odisha state, India by a few international level sportsmen and martial artists who came together to create an institution for promotion of healthy living and physical fitness. In the initial years the focus was on developing healthy thinking and exercise in schools, working with young children in imparting martial art and physical fitness training. Gradually we introduced Yoga, Pranayama and Holistic Meditation as one of our services, however, remaining very institutional in our approach.
