MyPref – A preference driven social networking app

DESCRIPTION

MyPref is a location-based social networking app centered on an individual’s product and merchant preferences. Most users are annoyed with the amount of irrelevant information, promotions and advertising being bombarded on them. With over 10 million products across thousands of restaurants, merchants and malls, MyPref allows users to set and store their preferences and make references to their social network. MyPref will tell users when their preferred merchants having their preferred products are nearby. Users can also receive relevant reminders and merchant promotions based on their preferences. MyPref is the intelligent and non-intrusive way to make shopping and dining experiences rewarding. MyPref also incorporates a powerful search engine allowing users to locate preferred products, restaurants and merchants while on the go. Imaging being in a new city and wanting to locate a particular product from a nearby merchant – preferred or not. MyPref empowers you to locate that product and merchants with a couple of clicks. No running around. No scrolling though search results. No jumping from one app to another. With MyPref’s Nearby tab you’ll have a list of your product preferences and nearby merchants right in front of you.
