ABOUT NESTA'S WELLNESS RETREAT  Nesta’s Wellness Recovery & Wellness Center is the best post surgical recovery house in Houston.  Nesta’s Wellness Retreat in Houston was established by two sisters who watched their grandmother endure numerous back procedures. It was from this experience that they became aware how important it is for people to be treated with dignity, respect, and care. So, they named the retreat center after her.  We specialize in short or long-term care following surgical procedures.  During your stay, our staff will be 100% dedicated to your physical and emotional well being so that you continue on your journey of healing and full recovery. No matter what the time is we are there for catering your needs.

HOURLY CARE SERVICES AT NESTA’S WELLNESS RETREAT CENTER HOUSTON  Nesta’s wellness retreat is a post op recovery house in Houston where we provide hourly care services to make sure you have the care you need. We highly suggest that you have 24-hour care. As your recovery progresses, you may begin to book in two hour segments of care.   Our hourly caregivers come to you to help with monitoring vitals, wound care, and helping you with other individual needs like assistance with garments. We will also take care of light housekeeping, helping to provide you delicious and healthy meal, and other transportation needs.  We can help you maintain your daily routines at home.

POST-SURGERY HOURLY CARE  Our hourly caregivers provide you with a wide range of tasks, including:  Light housekeeping  Meal preparation  Transportation for errands  Companionship  Bathing assistance  Medication reminders  Dressing Assistance  Cleaning the house Doing laundry   Our hourly services are also able to help you throughout your recovery by assisting you with physical exercise of stretching, aerobic, and building strength as recommended by your doctor. Our hourly services will also help you run errands, and pick up prescriptions. 
