Information about Anna, Jadavpur, Osmania University Anna University : Anna University offers 29 UG and 90 PG programs in various disciplines in the University departments and 41 UG and 57 PG programs in affiliated institutions. Over 16,000 students are pursuing their degree program in the University departments and over 7.20 lakh students are pursuing their degree program in the affiliated institutions. Anna University is proud of having over 14,000 Ph.D. scholars on a roll in Science, Engineering, and Technology. Anna University is one of the institutes recognized by UGC and is accredited by NAAC under grade A. Jadavpur University : Jadavpur University was established in 1955, is a state-level university located in Kolkata. This university has been accredited by NAAC with grade A and also a member of the association of India Universities (AIU). University affiliation is with the (UGC) university grants commission and has also been recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
