  2. TOP LOAD TESTER- COMPUTERIZED The PET bottles are often transported by stacking them upon each other. This might cause the bottle in the bottom row to buckle, compress and deform. GV SHAKER Pacorr G V Shaker is a mechanical and motorized testing instrument used to automate the shaking of bottle specimens to stimulate the carbon dioxide, present in the test specimen. To perform the test procedure, the test sample is placed in the carbonation assembly and placed on the Bottle shaker.   10. IMPACT TESTER- GLASS BOTTLES The Impact tester for glass bottles is specifically designed to test the impact resistance of the glass bottles. The instrument uses the freely falling weights to apply force on the specimen and then the force is determined which is required for a glass bottle to reach failure or breaking point. The instrument can used different combinations of free falling weights to determine the breaking points of glasses with different attributes. The results of the test are displayed on a digital display.   11. BOTTLE BURST TESTER- ANALOGUE Pacorr Bottle Burst Tester is used to measure bursting strength of Plastic and PET bottles through pneumatic pressure. It consist of chamber with Bottle neck holder, Neck holder can be customized as per the client’s specifications, a very thick Polycarbonate sheet is placed on the door to view the test with proper safety. Operation:  A bottle is filled with a filled with water, clamped using a neck holder with mechanical locking arrangement. Operator will set the timer. Push button is pressed to start the operation. Pressuring nozzle is moved down to bottle neck by pneumatic cylinder. Opening of Solenoid valve to apply the pneumatic pressure over bottle.   12. CAPS/ CLOSURES PULL OUT TESTER Pacorr Cap Pullout testeris used to determine the maximum pull-out strength which is required to pull out the cap of the bottles. It is an important principle used to ensure the quality and the strength of the cap of the bottles.   13. DROP TESTER Pacorr drop tester is used for determination of effect of dropping on transport packages. This test helps to determine the ability of the packages and packing material placed inside them for cushioning to provide protection to its contents and to measure the ability of the container to withstand rough handling. In this test the package to be tested is placed on a frame having two swayable doors. The height of the frame is adjusted to the desired value. The doors are opened suddenly, the package is dropped on to a steel platform, and the extent of damage caused evaluated. PACORR Drop Tester for transport packages consists of a dropping mechanism and a heavy fabricated base plate fitted with a heavy vertical pipe for guiding the dropping mechanism. The base is made from mild steel plate. The frame on which the base plate is mounted is heavily reinforced with mild steel flats placed vertically below it to prevent it from getting distorted under repeated impacts given by the falling packages. The dropping arrangement is fitted on one side of the frame. The dropping mechanism consists of a metallic frame guided on a vertical pipe with two counter weights so that it can be lifted easily for attaining the required dropping heights, where it can be held with a pin. The frame can be held at any of the various pre-determined heights marked on the guiding pipe. It carries two doors with stainless steel covers, arranged so that they join at the center of the frame. The doors are held horizontal with the help of release pins. When released, they fall down vertically on the side of the frame, thus causing the packages / boxes / containers supported on them to fall down vertically on to the steel base plate.
