  4. Wildlife • Moose are mammals. • The commonly diet for moose is plants. • Moose are very non- threatened. • They are usually found in coniferous forests and near lakes and rivers.

  5. Size and family • Moose come from the deer family. • Moose’s tails are about 2-3 in. long very small. • They are intentified by their size. Moose grow to be 7ft. Tall &1500 pounds • Its body size is 2.5-3 meters.

  6. Best foods • Moose love to eat willow, aspen birch, underwater plants and garden vegetables. • They like to eat underwater plants because vegetation, rich in sodium. • Moose eat 40- 60 pounds a plants a day.

  8. Moose’s life expectancy • They loose their antlers in the spring. • Moose breed in the fall. • Moose have a life expectancy of 8-25 years.

  9. What they look like • Moose have a small tail • Dark brown coat • hoofed feet • Lower legs are white • Rack of antlers only on bulls loose skin hanging from the chin called the dewlap.
