  3. What is Snowboarding? • A great winter sport done in regions with snow • Combines Skateboarding and Surfing techniques and physics • Fastest growing winter sport Snowboarding

  4. Snowboarding Basics • Snowboard consist of an almost symmetrical board with a definite nose and tail • The rim of the board is lined with a metal blade • Bindings hold the rider to the board • Control is determined mostly by the back foot Snowboarding
