  2. Positive Tubular PlateFilling Machine • A full view of the filling machine complete with • Feeder Hopper • Blender • Rotary Valve • Vibrator with hood • Bottom Bar Fixing Station and • Dust Collector

  3. BLENDER • Blender with motor and gearbox below the feeder hopper and a butterfly gate valve below the blender

  4. Feeder connected to dust collector by flexible pipe

  5. FILLING MACHINE • A front view of the machine with electrical panel and electromagnetic vibrator closed • Also visible the bottom bar fixing station with powder collection hopper & tray arrangement

  6. VIBRATOR • The vibrator with an arrangement to ensure that no dust falls down on the floor • Cassette kept and cassette holding arrangement visible • Rotary valve dispensing powder from top through a fabric bellow

  7. Filling Machine Controls • The electrical control panel complete with starters,timers, amplitude adjustment controller and reverse forward switch to ensure trouble free operation.

  8. Dust Collector • The rear view of the very effective dust collector with blower fan and motor on top and exhaust outlet visible on the top left

  9. VIBRATOR • An angular view of the vibrator and bottom bar fixing station connected to the dust collector
