These valuable skills and knowledge will allow you to achieve more superior role within the kitchen team. This course will be a pathway to the Diploma of Hospitality Management. This qualification can groom you for commercial cooks who can be a supervisor or team lead in the kitchen. Where you can operate independently and undertake their desired jobs in hospitality sectors, internationally & domestically. This commercial cookery course will provide you skills and knowledge and give a pathway to work in organizations such as restaurants, clubs, pubs, hotels, cafes and coffee shops, or run a small business in these sectors.
