Asian Granito Tiles rallies 8% after stake sale Shares of Asian Granito India rallied over 8% on the BSE in Wednesday trade even as GMO Emerging DOM Opportunities FD sold 3.21 lakh shares of the company at Rs130.09 per share on the BSE. Further, the company said in the regulatory filing that it will not proceed with the formalities of a preferential issue. Suven Life Sciences Ltd said that it has been granted a product patent from Australia and Singapore each for the treatment of disorders associated with Neurodegenerative diseases. These product patents are valid through 2036 respectively. We are very pleased by the grant of these patents to Suven for our pipeline of molecules in CNS arena that are being developed for cognitive disorders with high unmet medical need with huge market potential globally,says Venkat Jasti, CEO of Suven. ! KPIT Tech declines 4% post Q3FY19 numbers KPIT Technologies' shares were trading 4% down on Wednesday after the company reported a lower-than- expected set of numbers for Q3FY19 on all fronts. Revenue during the quarter declined by 1.6% qoq to Rs1, 061cr against the median consensus estimate of Rs1, 108cr. Revenue in dollar terms declined 2.3% qoq to $149mn. Reported EBITDA came in at Rs93cr, down 15.0% qoq against the median consensus estimate of Rs113cr. The EBIT margin stood at 8.8%, down 138bps qoq. The reported PAT declined by 22.1% qoq to Rs64cr. ! Dr.Reddys Lab gets observations at Srikakulum Plant Dr. Reddys Lab (DRL) has announced that it has received a form 483 as Srikakalum SEZ plant unit I. The USFDA inspection has led DRL to get four observations. The company has said that it will address these observations to the USFDA. This is not the same plant for which the USFDA issued a warning letter (Srikakalum plant VI). Plant VI has recently received form 483 in the recent inspection, while its Srikakulam unit II cleared a USFDA audit in November 2018. The other plant under warning letter, Duvvada, also received USFDA form 483 with observations in November 2018..
