    Your Full Gospel Radio Station

    Slide 2:Mission Statement

    To work while it is yet day, for night is coming when no man can do a work for God. Thus the reason for the call letters W.B.F.J. (We broadcast for Jesus!) A foundation on which to build a network that will take the full gospel of the kingdom of God to the world; one radio station at a time. To lift up the name of Jesus “If I be lifted up, I shall draw all men unto me” and that is our purpose and our Mission!

    Evangelists: Chuck and Phyllis Gibson The “Singing Evangelistic Ministries” is the last days ministry of Song Evangelists: Chuck & Phyllis Gibson also known as the “Singing Evangelists”. They refer to them as song evangelists because; “they present the word in song”.

    Now celebrating twenty-five years of music ministry is just part of the testimony behind this spiritually empowered duet known as “The Singing Evangelists” Chuck and Phyllis Gibson are actively involved in many facets of the Southern Gospel Music industry.They are currently Pulaski County Chapter leaders of the A.C.M.A. (The American Christian Music Assoc.)

    They also do their own publishing through Gibson Hill Music. Which was formed two years ago by singer, songwriter Evangelist: Chuck Gibson who spent three years in Nashville, “learning the business”

    Slide 6:Market Summary

    We propose to build a full gospel radio station and start broadcasting a.s.a.p. An application has been filed and is pending with the F.C.C. (the Federal Communications Commission) for a window to open up (a frequency on which to modulate)

    Slide 7:Opportunities

    There is a need for this station because; full gospel ministers do not have opportunity to purchase airtime on existing stations currently operating in our area due to denominational barriers . However most cannot afford it and W.B.F.J. will make it affordable for these ministries to use our facilities.

    Slide 8:Business Concept

    This business concept was created by popular demand based on the pulling down of strongholds that have been very bias against certain denominations and favorable towards others. This type of religious discrimination is what initiated the demand and W.B.F.J. will supply the new market of listeners with a full gospel format!

    Slide 9:Competition

    Please understand we do not intend to be in competition with any other radio station. We only hope to offer full gospel services, which are not offered by existing stations. I.e…the operations of the gifts of the Spirit.

    Slide 10:Goals & Objectives

    Five-year goals To make an eternal deposit into the lives of everyone who hears our radio station. With the Lord’s help operate and expand a full gospel radio network throughout the world. To be an effective resource for God to use for His glory (Vessels of honor). To help unify the body of Christ, (Eph. 2: 11-22) This will be a five fold ministry, a fellowship of Pastors, teachers, evangelists, Prophets, and Apostles, for the perfecting of the saints, to edify and equip the saints for the warfare.

    Slide 11:Financial Plan Requirements and Costs

    A 100 ft. tower (9 – 12 ft. sections 108 feet) @ $100.00 per section plus $300.00 to erect the massive tower that will help boost our antennas signal. and the construction of an out building to house the wiring harness. $1200.00 1 Pro FM stereo radio station kit assembled with a 1 watt module. $500.00 1 5/8 wave co-linear vertical antenna (200 watts) $115.00 We will need a building for operation of our facility. I am suggesting a rent to own storage building (shed) however we will have to do some adaptations such as electric service, water, heat and and air conditioning.

    1 RF linear power booster amplifier kit broad band signal boost from 100 KHz 1000 MHz! $130.00 1 Compaq Presario Computer $495.00 1 Sony CD player (for Back-up) $300.00 Grand Total $2740.00 Our personal requirements are minimal since it will be run as a ministry it will be on a volunteer basis, and operate as a non-profit organization.

    We will need to apply for a 501 c3 status with the Federal government and get an EIN number (employer Identification number). Set up a business account with a bank. Enlist other volunteers to work with us as a board of trustees (preferably 7 men full of the Holy Ghost to set over this business).

    Risks *The only risks are that we will face great opposition from our peers, and critics. Addressing risk *However Jesus said, “Marvel not if the world hate you” Rewards *We will be doing our part to win the lost, for “he that wins souls is wise”.

    Slide 15:Key Issues

    Near term. *We need to wait to hear from the FCC about our window, which will be sometime in October 2007. Long term. *Finding the proper funding to get the station up and operational, through charitable contributions. *Ordering and securing the equipment.

    We will acquire the funding and set up our account with the bank before our window time is up, guaranteeing the deposition of these funds for W.B.F.J. This is an update April 2008…In October 2007 we lost our window however we will be applying again in the very near future.

    The funding is secure for the station and we are looking for a piece of land with enough elevation to carry our signal across the hills of Kentucky, Tennessee, and west Virginia. Please be in prayer for this ministry, thank you and may God bless and keep you is our prayer.
